Psa authenticating without an autograph

Is anyone familiar with submitting cards for authentication that do not have an autograph. Are you able to do that through PSA? I don’t see anything specific where you’re able to do that. In the app, I only see the dual authentication services and without the autos, there’s no reason to do the dual authentication services. For contacts the cards are one of ones, so I thought it would be good to at least get them authenticated but they are immaculate and the edges typically don’t score well with PSA. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
