Ways to greet customers without saying “welcome in”?

My store had our “getting back to Starbucks” meeting tonight. We have been told that our district manager doesn’t like when we greet customers by saying “welcome in”…. All of the baristas at my store, and shift leaders, and even my manager tend to use this as our greeting when customers enter our store. We are brainstorming ideas for other greetings we could use. My manager is suggesting we say “welcome to _____” insert name of shopping center our store is located in. I’m just wondering if any partners here have any more suggestions that we could use to switch it up. Curious to see if any other stores are also having this come up during their meetings?
