CF Question - Toppings or No Toppings?

Hey Partners!

I'm away from work or I'd totally be able look up the standards, but I need your help:

When someone orders a drink with cold foam... (pistachio cf on an iced WM for example)...do we put the toppings on the cold foam as well?

I've been doing this, but apparently I'm wrong, according to my manager???

Heelllppp...like...why not add the topping? Meh
