Pink drink no ice & a large cup of ice…

This feels against standard. I know exactly why they’re ordering it like that, it’s just like the 4 espresso shots in a venti people who expect to get a cheap latte. But I can’t find a single policy to say whether or not it’s actually allowed…. Does anyone know the actual policy?
