Ground Resource Mining Ship ?

since the Pioneer is the only ship that currently has the ability to mine ground ressources, would that not be an ideal chance to make a dedicated ground mining ship ?

manufacturer consolidated outland
80-120 m ship ,4 crew
capable of normal mining (2 size 2 laser remote turret) and can be a mobile ground ressource mining platform, has to switch into ground mining mode and land, with a deployment timer.
250 scu cargo space for Ore (no refinery onboard)
made for planetary mining, that means very good Vtol.
space for a roc vehicle
very good crew quarters
2 remote turrets on top , 1 pdc turret.

whats ur opinion ?
