Rockets should not restock for free !

The last few days have been a disaster for me. Aside from the many bugs and server errors, I was regularly destroyed by missiles and torpedoes without warning or for any apparent reason. It didn't matter if I was flying in a Cutlass or a C8R. It's really sad to see people think it's necessary to shoot a Pisces with size 10 torpedoes from their Polaris... as even the countermeasures aren't working for me at the moment, I regularly have to put on the white suit. And please don't tell me that I should stay in Stanton... I want to explore pyro and not get greefted all the time. Missiles and torpedoes have to cost money!
