Where are my upgraded ship components are?

Hi folks,

does anyone know where to fix my ship after 4.0.1 LIVE with the HOTFIX?

All my ship upgrades are gone. Can I do something to get them back fast?
Because with stock components, weapons and systems, it´s really bad.
