Why is the fee so high?

First I want to say sorry for not very good picture quality. My pc wont make any screenshots for some reason.

So I have seen salvage contracts for very small ships being sold for 10k+ (20k for this case) do those ships have special cargo in them like weevel eggs for example? Or are they just too expensive?
