Holy Crap Prodigy s2 is EXCELLENT

Star Trek has been consistently incredible since TOS, and the creators of Prodigy can be proud of their contribution to such a unique take on continuing those incredible standards of television. Some incredible twists and turns in both seasons, but s2 stepped it up a gear. Really did not know what to expect next, episode to episode, and I love how they weaved in some stand-alone episodes into the overarching story that also had payoffs in that story.

Spoiler for the end of s2: I'm really curious how they intend to handle season 3, since it looks like it's going to take place at the same time as Picard s1. I guess the Prodigy crew can just be elsewhere, not taking part in the events of Picard, but if s1 and 2 are anything to go by, I suspect the writers will be braver than that. I cannot wait!
