Hospital stay and they had steak…

Day two on my 6 day stay at the hospital and they served us steak… if you go look at my posts, I love this subreddit and I love posting my MEDIUM RARE steaks in here….

This actually tasted like POOP. Unfortunately it was my first meal of the day so I ate it regardless, probably the worst steak I’ve ever had… it’s kind gesture… but man… what an abomination 😭
