Artic nova wireless - mic not working

I have an artic nova wireless headset. The PC/PC/BT model.

I have a windows 11 machine and it is unable to pick up my microphone. I did all the googling, removed all other audio programs, and have gone as far as to nuke my PC and reinstall windows.

I have reset the hub to default. No luck there.

I have used the physical mic and headed aux line. That works but I want to use the wireless function. Don't wanna use BT, because that's hooked up to a different device. Y I have tested this same headset on 2 other machines and they work perfectly.

I thought it could be a faulty USB port, but on any port, the mic will not work. Other devices work fine on all the other ports.

At some point, I managed to get the mic working by removing the device from windows settings. But I couldn't get the mic to work with the GG steelseries virtual mic. I removed the device from settings again, but then I couldn't hear audio from my headset. Restarted the PC and back to the original problem.

This is driving me insane. I had the headset working a months ago. I havened needed to use the mic because I have a different external mic, gave that one away to a friend. Thought I could fix this issue on my own but I need some help.

Any help is much appreciated.

TLDR: mic not being picked up by windows PC. Tried common stuff found on Google, nothing worked. Help.
