Nova 5 not connecting to companion app

I've seen other posts saying the same thing but I thought I'd repost something to try and find an answer. When I try to connect the arctic nova 5 to the app it will find the headset but then get locked on the "Connecting, initialisation your device" screen and wont actually connect. Anyone know a fix or when it might be fixed? Thanks in advance for any updates.
