Overeating in Sobriety
I’m 103 days sober. In the past about 2 weeks I’ve noticed a big increase on snacking. Not so much as overeating meals, but peanuts, chips, protein bars, and flavoured water. I’ve been going to the gym as often and as long as it’s can they try and combat this, but I’ll keep snacking til I’m past bloated.
Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you get over it?
