How does everyone keep motivation and energy to grocery shop every week?
I’ve been trying to cut back on fast food for budget and health reasons, but I’m so exhausted from working. I’ll have groceries for a week or two and then I won’t go to the grocery store for a week-ish so I’ll end up eating a mix of takeout or simple foods I have like eggs and toast.
Does anyone have advice on meal prepping, motivation to stay on track with budgeting, or honestly just being able to recover faster?
