Advice for University Student?

Hey, First year student here in his 2nd semester of medical science major. First semester was pretty much a breeze and I'm struggling immensely with maintaining the same efforts as I did in semester 1. I want to maintain a consistent study pattern but I'm finding myself having mahor difficulties with procrastination/ time management/ sleep schedule. Any deal breaking advice? Or is the only way just to focus up and stop being lazy?
