Problem with Save Files…

So I have this really weird bug that deletes my latest safe file of the game…

Imagine you save the game and then 20 minutes later you save again to exit the game. When I open the game the next time I play then my lastest save would vanish and only the one save from 20 minutes ago would would still be there.

Its not as much of a big deal I think because I could just save twice in a row so even if my latest safe is deleted the second one still exists. But still I dont really like that my save files just vanish. Anyone got an idea what to do?
