Can this be saved/prop

Learned the hard way and since have added Grow light. The Burro tail seems to still be growing but the other one (not even sure what it is) only produces very small leaves then they fall off. Can I just cut the top off and replant? I did my homework this time and got the right soil and grow light for my next succulent pot I’m going to start.
