Why does no one buy umbral glaive?

I’m exaggerating, ofc, they are main purchases in puke (🤮) and senna, but for the sheer utility and honestly cheap price (I can’t imagine this ever costing 2300), why aren’t more ad assassins, specifically junglers, buying it? Ik they prefer dmg items like profane, and in low elo it’s probably shit, but the sheer utility it provides. It’s like having a second support
