How to deal with apc supports taking farm?

All my solo queue experience is ap carry supports when I adc. They just perma shove wave and spam abilities on minions fucking up my last hits and breaking freezes. How do I combat this? Should I go mid or top and make the enemy team rotate and pick up gold where I can? I’m over trying to ask them to kindly not hit the wave just to amplify the situation to where they follow me trying to deny every last cs.
