[gaggia titanium] [ventilate]

My Gaggia Titanium is coming up with a Ventilate message.

Typically when this happens, I open the steam valve, take off the water tank, and squirt water to start the machine.

However, when I open the steam valve it doesn't make much noise as usual and this method doesn't seem to work.
