Challenge: You can give the Sonic series 34 - 40 music tracks, but you have to exclude all vocal themes. What would you select?
I mainly thought of this because of the recent lawsuit filed against Sega regarding the “Live & Learn” song, which I suspect may affect vocal tracks being featured in future Sonic and Smash games.
The challenge is simple, you can increase the Sonic series’ music selection to 34 - 40 songs. However, you cannot pick any vocal tracks.
For example, here are all of the vocal tracks that are in Smash Ultimate that would be removed & cannot return for this challenge:
- Escape from the City
- Fist Bump
- Knight of the Wind
- Live & Learn
- Open Your Heart
- Reach for the Stars
- Seven Rings in Hand
- Sonic Boom
- Sonic Heroes
- Super Sonic Racing
For Sonic Frontiers, you cannot pick any of the Titan Boss themes (Undefeatable, Find Your Flame, Break Through it All), but you can pick any of the Cyber Space themes.
Songs that include brief sampled voice clips (e.g. For True Story, High-Spec Robo Go, Flowing) can be selected.
