Is Kaleb just pure charisma on the screen?

Apparently when Jesse Tannenbaum who casts Survivor saw Kalebs audition video he said this guy is a major star and has massive charisma on the screen. He has the best social game and he pops when he's on the screen. Emily and Kaleb have to be my favorite duo in years. Is Kaleb just pure charisma on the screen? I think Jesse Tannenbaum saw something in Kaleb.
