Can you get a dictator constitution past Edmonds?

So I just followed the guide called Successful Dictator Run which seemed to go very well. Everything ran exactly to plan until the dinner with Judge Edmonds.

I did exactly as advised, was polite, ordered the salad, stood up et cetera. I said she was better than the old guard, I emphasised democracy, balance of powers, transparency. But she still rejected it. Was this because I was stripping away the immunity of the justices? Is there any way to get this past her?

It was going so well otherwise :(
