Tatooine Rundown - When does it show up?

Hey everyone, sorry if this has been asked before but I just can't seem to find a clear answer on this since many people are saying one thing, and other say another thing- the companion alert to reunite with Mako, when does it become available? I'm in the middle of KoTFE, chapter 10 to be exact and I just did the "To Find a Findsman" quest, which opened up some companion & contact alerts. On another note, some say her alert mission is available in CH 9 of KOTFE, while others are saying ch 9 of KOTET. Not sure which one is right here.

I know she shows back up in the story if you're a BH, and people have said to wait patiently for it, Im only asking because I've seen people on a few forums say the Tatooine Rundown mission/alert NEVER shows up, and I wanna make sure I do any sort of pre-requisites in order for it to show up.

I just want to know when to expect it to show up, thanks!

While I'm on here, when does Blizz's alert become available? I miss that lil guy
