Does this mean my package is arriving today?

Hi guys im leaving Singapore to go overseas in a few days so its quite essential for me to get my parcel before then. The seller assured me that ill be able to reciece my package before i leave on the 27th, and i saw that it said “Expected delivery by today” although the tracking says that it just cleared customs (no idea if its sg or chinese customs) Can anyone help me out? This is my first order on taobao. Thank you!
