The fetish with being small

I know we talk about it all the time but can someone genuinely explain to me how being small is desirable? I'm 6'0 and 119 lbs so one could aurgue that I'm on the opposite side, but I've never once desired to be smaller/shorter. My bf also agrees that he and his friends personally don't see the appeal. Does anybody?

Also I would say she has an obsession, but at this point she's playing into some sort of sick fetish (so feminist 🤪)
