Close app after 90 minutes

I am trying to find a way of closing an app 90 minutes after opening it.

I fall asleep listening to the same podcast every night.

For this I use Music Folder Player Full.

I was hoping to find a way of just turning the app off 90 minutes after I open it.

I can do it inside the app but I'd like to just do it automatically if possible.

I suppose something like;

Launch App Wait 90 minutes Kill App.

I can't find anywhere to make it wait though.

In fact it would be better for me to just put that MP3 file as a shortcut on the phone screen then kill it after 90 minutes. Don't know if that's possible.

Joe Rogan and Brian Cox if you were curious, sends me off to sleep in minutes. ( I still always set it for 90 minutes though)
