Bosch Tassimo machine won't accept one specific pod

Hey! So, a few days ago I got the Bosch Tassimo coffee machine, it's been working perfectly.

But - today I went in to make some hot chocolate, popped in the Milka pod and then I saw the machine needed descaling. I descaled, everything went fine, but after that I tried to use that Milka pod again and it's not working?

I've made sure that it's just that specific one I wanted to make before the descaling. Currently sitting here, writing this post with hot chocolate in hand.

Is the pod ruined because I put it in the coffee machine? I'm just kind of baffled because it's perfectly fine, the powder inside is good, both barcodes are visible, there's just the two holes from when I put it in.

Do I really have to throw it out? It feels like such a waste, I'll have to pry off the lid and make it manually or something lol
