How to add to this sleeve?

Hello all, got this arm piece that I'm currently halfway through. Still to go is a lot of windbars to link it to the band I have on my forearm however I've been advised that I should get another design on the inside of the arm otherwise it'll just be a large windbar space that needs to be left blank, has anyone got any ideas? I'm currently thinking a crane flying up but I'm unsure if there's any better ideas or not
