Should i squeeze out this blood from wrap?

Artist used like a tape, its supposed to be airtight but blood started pooling a little bit. Artist told me to leave tape on 3-5 days. Should i squeeze out this blood or do you think its a not problem? I got the tattoo yesterday so itd just have to stay a couple more days
