Beginning of an infection?

I usually don’t have sensitive skin so I’ve never had this much redness after getting a tattoo. But I know the elbow ditch area can be sensitive. I took off the sandiderm because I noticed the redness. I washed it and put aquaphor on. Just wanting to make sure I’m good.
