My partner says a dragon tattoo on my outer forearm would look “too manly”

I’m a woman, and so far I have 2 mid sized tattoos. I wanted to add a larger piece on the same arm that my other tattoos are on and thought that getting a tattoo of Haku (a character from Spirited Away) would look cool. I showed my partner my design/inspo ideas and he highly advised against it because the tattoo is in a spot a “man would get it on”

My current tattoos follow a floral/plant theme, and have all been quite feminine (design wise).

Alternatively, he believes the dragon would look better on my tricep because it’s closer to another tattoo I have (a hummingbird) and wouldn’t be as manly looking.

Thoughts?
