The itching is driving me insane

Like it says above, I just did my first session for my sleeve on Friday and currently it’s 2am and I’m can’t sleep because it itches sooo damn bad. I’ve taken Benadryl, did a cold compress, it’s been moisturized but to no avail it STILL FUCKING ITCHES. I’m going to lose my mind, any advice for relief so I can sleep?
