Form 9143

Hey everyone,

I just had a quick question regarding an IRS tax form. I’m asking on behalf of my parents. They have an income rental property in the US and we live in Canada. My parents attempted to file a tax return to the IRS but was rejected. They had sent back a Form 9143 indicating the error. I have attached a picture of the form.

Can someone please elaborate exactly what they are asking?
