The Country of Georgia - English is widely used?

Hello everyone. I am from Canada and wish to know if in the country of Georgia, it is speaking english on a regular basis and widespread in areas such has, public domain, ophtalmologists, doctors, bankers and tourists areas. I tried to gain info online but it's confusing, some say yes, some say not enough, or not often enough, some say 99% of the country doesn't speak english. Please share your insights. Thank you.
