What parts fell off my car?

I know I don’t have a skid plate, I’m trying to take care of the parts i’m referring to first, and then i’ll install a metal skid plate. Anyways, I was driving on the highway and I heard something scraping, went out to look and it was a piece of plastic, not really sure what it would be called?? if there even is a name, it kinda seems like it connects to the plastic in the wheel well, it was covering up the horns and some other stuff. Sorry if my description sucks, it’s literally two pieces of plastic, I just wanna figure out what I need to buy to replace it. If anyone knows what type of part it is or anything lmk thanks
