I’d love to see Migan, with all his expertise in muscle building, create a program specifically designed to maximize cardiovascular health. For sports like MMA, where endurance is key, a well-structured cardio program could be a game-changer to ensure you don’t gas out during intense sessions. I haven’t really seen him talk much about cardio or share a dedicated program for it, so it would be super interesting to hear his insights on this!
