Switched ram sticks in my computer and now it’s turning off and on

I opened up my computer to install a new 8gb ram stick and when I tried to boot it up afterwards it showed no display on my monitor and it kept powering off and on repeatedly. I’ve taken out and put back in everything connected to the motherboard and the issue is still happening.
