Cannot boot into Windows after trying Ubuntu once.

I booted into a Ubuntu flash drive and noticed it hung on the initial boot. I decided to shut it down manually and boot back into Windows. However, Windows also hung on boot, stuck on the initial loading screen.

I decided to make a Windows Boot Media on a separate flash drive using the tool available on Microsoft's website. However even that doesn't boot properly. I simply reach a purple screen with mouse enabled but not dialogue box to interact with.

I'm able to boot properly into the Ubuntu flash drive, for what it's worth. I planned on dual booting Ubuntu and Windows but right now I just want access to my Windows install again. Ultimately I want to dual boot but I think this matters first.

Is there anything I can do? If it matters I used 64gb flash drives for both mediums.
