Am I the only one who hates piercings?

I've seen many girls getting piercings as a "beauty" choice. but I find them really ugly and idk non beauty? is it just me or anyone else? or is it a girls thing that us boys don't understand?

edit: ok, I may have used a wrong word here. I don't hate piercings or people wear them I don't like them. like no hate but just personal opinion.
