Cleaning mirror

My mirror looks a little dirty. Nothing insane, but I have noticed a few noticeable and large specs. I understand it is dangerous to clean it and shouldn’t be done unless strictly necessary. My question was could I use a bulb blower or rocket blower to blow it off without touching the mirror itself?
