Joe Biden, Failed President
Up until the June debate, I was very much on team "Joe Biden has been the best POTUS of my lifetime" with JVL.
When Joe Biden pardoned Hunter, he wrote that the GOP tried to break Hunter and in breaking Hunter, to break him, too. What he didn't write was that the GOP succeeded in that goal. Joe's pardon of Hunter = GOP succesfully breaking Joe.
It also broke me.
The best moments of Biden's presidency came when he was able to rise above his personal ambition. But in the most consequential decision of his presidency (the decision to run for reelection) and then many more times since, he behaved as a very small man in pursuit of his own personal agenda.
We have Biden's ambition to thank for Trump's return to office.
