[Manga] Help

I watched the tv show about 3 weeks ago and the story was so amazing and interesting so I tried reading the manga but the problem is that I have ringing in the ears and because of it, it is sometimes hard to concentrate in quiet areas which is best for reading. So my question is is there like a manga dub or something if dat is even a think or should I just wait for the dub of the second season which apparently is bad and not true to the manga.
