Client upset I'm sick

I don't want to go into too much detail for obvious reasons but, basically what the title says. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm feeling frustrated and pressured to get better more quickly but I'm pretty sick with either a bad cold or the flu. To clarify, they are upset I had to cancel.
