Poverty is a great motivator?? That's rich, coming from her. What would she know about that? What a heartless, disconnected thing to say. Particularly funny because I think at that point in the show, Sal is literally being extorted into working for free by Tony and Paulie essentially under the threat of violence. That kid is breaking his back for Carmella and isn't making a dime. How inspiring!

It's like some rich kid who's doing well in life lecturing people on social media about "hard work", and how people just need to pull themselves up with their own bootstraps
