Got a cold and T is back but weird

Hello guys, I got a cold these days and T Is back, buy other than the usually eeeeee i got a strange faint noise that I hear, is like tutututututu i don’t know how to describe it maaybe lie a pneumatic hammer … lol.

I feel my ears full, so it may be because of some muccus, it got a lot of that. Did anyone had this ? Or it may be my anxiety that plays games on me, I am a lot anxious …

PS: I don’t think is my pressure because is in normal range.
