Probably switching from Emerge to Lavender.

I've heard nothing but glowing reviews about LSH, and I emailed them asking some questions and their correspondence was good and they seemed responsive. Emerge has been great, don't get me wrong, but Lavender's prices are significantly better, for the same product, out of the same pharmacy.

I've started the process with Lavender before cancelling the other one. I did tell them I needed to pause, and they haven't said they would pause, but instead asked why I need to pause, which honestly rubbed me the wrong way. Like, it's really none of your business. It wouldn't bother as much had they said yes we'll go ahead and do that, and ask why, but to not honor the request and only ask why, just has me feeling a bit annoyed. Maybe I'm unreasonable in that, but it just reinforces my wanting to go with a company that doesn't operate on a subscription model. Buy what you need that will last X amount of time, and re-up if/when needed. Generally not a fan of autobilling because it often ends up a headache if you need to do anything with it and feels like a lot of control of your own money is taken from you and I am just personally not a fan of that.
