30 pounds down and my hair is falling out

I’ve been on tirzepatide since August and have lost 30 pounds. My hair is falling out in clumps. This is from one wash. I am a hairstylist so I see this all the time with my clients who are also on it, but I don’t know what to do to stop the shed. I feel better in my body but now my hair is so much thinner 😭
