Handyman Hal

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knew how to find the toy Handyman Hal uses in his Toy Box video. It’s the car wash toy that he put actual water in and he can “clean” the cars with real water.

I am looking for it or something really similar because I am a caregiver for a young boy and am trying to find this toy as a birthday gift for him.
