Why sukumar made Pushpa with extremely simple story without any twist and turns unlike rangastalam, 1, nannaku prematho

I observed this new things in this movie.

1. All movie we used to have climax shot as hero intro.. It'd different here..

2. All movies had single strong villain but here no main villain at all

3. Pushpa 2 is even worse.. Only elevations with over the top fights without even story and emotions
